Marni & me

These pictures have been taken in one of my favourite parks around Oslo: St. Hanshaugen. On this sunny day it is filled with young couples holding hands, families having a brunch, dogs chasing balls, students, ... The atmosphere is so relaxed, I just love it :).

Out of the entire Marni at H&M collection I chose this colourful necklace. It brightens up an entire outfit and is so easy to combine. At first sight there was much more I wanted to buy from the collection, but when trying those things they didn't fit me as expected.

Hope you're having a great weekend,
Sarah.

At the harbour

Wearing: H&M pants, Wood&Wood t-shirt, Zara jacket, River Woods
shoes, moroccon bag

Finally an update! The past week has been so busy that I wasn't able to update the blog... Spring is kicking in and it feels great to wear colors, short jackets and sunglasses. The harbour in Oslo is pretty nice. With this sunny weather I enjoy just sitting there, watching people eat ice-creams, cleaning their yachts, strolling along :-).

I'm pretty much in love with my orange H&M pants. It fits perfectly and is so vibrant. This spring is all about colors: pastels, color blocking, ton sur ton etc. There is not much you can do wrong with them :-).

Oh yes, I scored a beautiful Marni at H&M necklace. Soon to be seen :-)

Like a cowboy

Wearing: Van Dalen Boots, Boyfriends blouse, Matinique dress, Talking French belt, scapa hat.

Our garden is not the most beautiful décor to take pictures but I had to share these pics. I really like this saturday-outfit. As the titel says: I think I look a bit like a cowboy ready to jump on my black horse :-). These days I'm trying on some different combinations/styles because I'm getting sick of my winter wardrobe and my boyfriends blouse was the perfect item to pair this dress with.

Hope you've had a great weekend!

Belgian galore at PFW

All pictures from Tumblr
Being a teenager I regulary went to Antwerp with my mom for some shopping. Back then my main goal was to do the Meir, Antwerp's largest fashion street which mainly houses shops such as Zara, H&M, Vero Moda, Pull&Bear etc. With the years I preferred to skip the Meir and do the Schuttershofstraat instead, a street with smaller boutiques and less known labels. There has always been one constant though: the Dries van Noten shop.

Not one time passed without me lurking through the windows to discover the new designs. Even when I studied in Antwerp and passed the shop everyday on my way to university, I noticed how I would slow down biking amazed by the colored dresses, printed blouses and sparkling shoes.

At Paris Fashion Week Antwerp's most known fashion designer showed his typical style again: prints and how everything is possible. You can wear print on print, fabric on fabric, lenght on length and still look sophisticated and fabulous. I've selected my 3 favourite outfits of the AW12 show. Hope you like it!
